Join us for a fun-filled, competitive night for our community! The winning family/team will have 'bragging' rights for the year!  Last year the infamous McGee Family took the win - who is going to reign as the winner this year?!? Dinner, drinks, dessert and entertainment!

 

When: Saturday, February 18th, 2023

• Food begins @ 5 p.m.

• Competition begins @ 6 p.m.

Where: CB&Q Freight House - 1115 Auburn Ave Chariton, IA 50049

Price: 

• Family/Team - $100, which includes 5 dinner tickets.

• Dinner Only - $10 per person

Dinner & Drinks: Tacos, chips and salsa, dessert & virgin margaritas but it is also BYOB!!

The competition will be a bracket of 10 teams with 5 members of each team. Teams can have more than 5 members but only 5 will be playing at a time/each round.  Registration for teams will close February 11th unless 10 register before then. Dinner only tickets can be purchased in the person the day of the event or through the link below.

In our tight knit community, we thought an event like this will be loads of fun to see families and friends compete with one another - just like the show we like to tune in to! The evening is a great opportunity to showcase the wonderful event space that the CB&Q Freight House provides to Lucas County. As a non-profit managing the space, our resources are limited for improvements. This event will serve as a fundraiser as all proceeds will go towards building improvements such as exterior paint, security system, etc.
